PA Death Certificate #93291 states death date was 10/30/1915, not 1916 as shown on headstone. Burial was on 11/2/1915.
Cause of death was 1. Aortic Insufficiency and 2. lobar pneumonia.

From the Butler Citizen (via Newspapers.com); Butler, PA; Monday, Nov. 1, 1915; p10:
"Mrs. Mary Meeker, aged 36, wife of H. C. Meeker of 430 Virginia avenue, died Sunday morning [10/31/1915] at the Butler County General hospital, where she was taken for treatment for pneumonia. The deceased was a native of Montrose, Pa., and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Darrow.
She had been a resident of Butler for six years, was a faithful member of the First Baptist church, and was highly respected by a wide circle of friends.
She leaves her husband, two daughters, Helen and Mollie, her parents, a brother, Brewster Darrow, and a sister, Elsie Darrow of Montrose.
The funeral will be held Wednesday [11/2/1915] at 2 p.m. from the residence."
